  Spelt Oil: Pure biodynamic spelt oil is used in all of the AEOS products. Our spelt oil is rich in natural Vitamin E and essential fatty acids and boasts excellent antioxidant, moisturising and regenerative properties. Particularly beneficial for prematurely ageing very dry skin, or when the skin is subject to harsh environments or changes in temperature.
  
  Rosewater: Gentle and soothing tonic for the skin. Refreshes tired complexion. Tones and rebalances sebum production, yet is gentle and healing. Ideal for all skin types.
  
  Rose Centifolia Extract: Organic extract of the cabbage rose. Moisturising and skin toning.
  
  Rose Geranium Essential Oil: Renowned for its anti-inflammatory and cell regenerative properties, therefore beneficial for treating eczema, psoriasis, acne, burns and wounds.
  Also helps to balance the production of sebum and is recommended for all skin types.

• To ensure all the potent elements are energetically brought together before application, we recommend shaking each AEOS product before use.
  All AEOS products are highly concentrated.
  A little goes a long way, so please use sparingly.
  Always apply AEOS products with damp skin.
  Use gentle circular motions and light patting on the skin.
  Use immediately after the Refreshing Hydrating Mist whilst the face is still damp to maximise the moisturising effects.
  Apply a small amount to the palm of the hands, rub hands together and gently pat the serum over the whole of the face and neck.
  Ensure the correct sequence of AEOS products to allow each of them to be received by the skin and penetrate to deeper layers within the skin structure, according to its needs, and enabling the maximum effect.
  
  MORNING RITUAL
  
  STEP 1 : RENEWAL To begin, cleanse with Gentle Cleansing Lotion and follow with Gentle Exfoliant (Either exfoliate morning or evening but NOT both) If hypersensitive do not exfoliate; Mature skin exfoliate 1 time per week; Normal / Dry / Sensitive skin exfoliate 2 times per week; Combination / Oily skin exfoliate up to 3 times per week.
  
  STEP 2 : REBALANCE Then, apply Energising Conditioner followed by Refreshing Hydrating Mist
  
  STEP 3 : REPLENISH To finish, apply Realive Serum followed by Enriching Moisturiser EVENING RITUAL STEP 1 : RENEWAL To begin, remove makeup and pollution with Cleansing Oil de Maq and follow by cleansing with Dew Facial Wash
  
  STEP 2 : REBALANCE Then, apply Energising Conditioner followed by Refreshing Hydrating Mist
