• After shampooing your hair, apply the conditioner to the ends of your hair first, this is where the nourishment is most needed, and massage in well, then with anything left over, place on top ( your scalp area) and massage in. This is a heavier conditioner so for anyone with fine hair, make sure you only apply a very small amount to your scalp area.
