In the unlikely event, one of our products does not meet your expectations, such as faulty, damaged etc. you may return the product.
Make sure the product is in its original condition.
All returns must be made within a within 14 days from the date of purchase.
All merchandise must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
Please email us via our contact us page and include your invoice/order number and we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We try and safeguard all our products but if your product is damaged in transit you will be entitled to a replacement product.
A replacement product will be despatched once the damaged product has been received by us, you have 14 days to return the product.
In the event that the returned product is out of stock, you’ll be notified by us, Products with Purpose to arrange either a replacement product to the same value, with a similar or equivalent product or placed on back order.
Each request for a replacement will be dealt with on its merits in accordance with Products with Purpose’s legal obligations.
We do not accept returns after 14 days unless goods are faulty, do not match the description, or do not perform their function.

IF WE SEND YOU THE WRONG ORDER

PRODUCT BECOMES UNAVAILABLE
Very rarely, but it does happen, there could be a mis-calculation at the last stock take and the numbers are not correct tin the system and unfortunately you have ordered a product we can not deliver. You will be refunded in full for that particular product.
